Emma is learning colours. For a while, the default was red, so anytime we asked her "What colour is that?" she would say red. Now it's yellow (pronounced yeyyow). A typical conversation goes like this:
The Mums: You've got a block. What colour is it?
Emma: Yellow!!
The Mums: Actually, it's green.
Emma: Green.
The Mums: This one is yellow.
Emma: Yellow.
The Mums: That's right. What else is yellow?
Emma: Blue!
The Mums: Ok. And what colour is this?
Emma: Emma!
